President
Mr. Tseng was born in Taipei, Taiwan and graduated from Tamkang University. Immigrated to Canada in 1993 and entered Utopia Travel in 1997 as a shareholder. By 1999, he became Utopia Travel’s general manager as well as Canadian Inbound Tourism Association (Asia Pacific)’s director. In 2005, he was elected to be the vice-president of CITA and then in 2006 was chosen to be the director of Richmond Tourism association. From 2007 to now, he is the president of CITA. |

Advisory President Christina Chang
As the president of the Hanyin Group, Mrs. Chang has been working in the continuing education business for more than 20 ears years. With a focus on international students, her pioneering work builds an enlightened road between the Pacific Ocean to bring qualified students from Taiwan and mainland China to receive Western education in Canada. Immigrated to Canada in 1996, founded Hanyin Education Consulting Inc. in 1997 and cooperated with School District 43 Coquitlam in 1999 to start providing international students a chance to study in Canada. In the same year, she established Hanyin Education Boarding Centre and the first student dormitory in Coqtuilam. Also held the position as the 16th Secretary and the 17th Vice-President at TCCBC. |

First Deputy President Jeff Lin
Mr. Winston Wu immigrated to Canada in 1987 and graduated from the University of Windsor with a BA in Politics and the University of Ottawa with an LLB. He has the license of practice law in Ontario and British Columbia. Currently, he is working at Lim & Company. Since 1998, he has been a legal advice consultant for Taiwanese immigrants in Ontario. He specializes in business and company law, as well as real estate registration and loans. He is so enthusiastically involved with Taiwanese community activities. Also held the position as the 15th and 16th Vice-President at TCCBC.

Since 1997, he has been an immigrant in Canada for over 10 years, specializing in computer technology. After years of traveling between Taiwan and Canada, he has decided to stay in Vancouver permanently with his family after he joined TCCBC. |

Director Winston Wu

Director Cary Tsai
Mr. Tasai immigrated to Vancouver in 1989 and graduated from University of Toronto in 2000 with a Architecture Major. He owns registered architect license for both the USA and Canada. Currently serves as the general inspector for Architect 57. He is one of the founders of the Las Vegas Afforest Council. He has studied Western natural architecture designs as well as Eastern feng shui ideology. His architecture models have included high-tech buildings, schools, courtrooms and skyscrapers. |

Director Betty Hsia
Friendly, helpful and approachable. Miss Hsia is currently working at Shiang Garden Restaurant and has participated in numerous TCCBC activities with great enthusiasm. She wishes to gain more experience by communicating with other TCCBC members and hopes to play a bigger part in future TCCBC events. |

Director Ray Tsai
Mr. Tsai used to be a financial consultant for Vance Financial Group. He received his MBA from Utah State University. He was the superintendent for Yuanta Financial Holdings and Farglory Insurance, treasurer for Mustang Asian Inc. and manager for LiteOn Electronics. For over twenty years, he has been providing financial affairs for businesses as well as individual money managing. He wishes to aid his fellow TCCBC Taiwanese compatriots and build a brighter platform for future generations. |

Director Stephen Liao
Mr. Liao graduated from National Chengchi University and then Kansas State University with a Masters degree. He is a certified accountant and has a management license. He moved from the USA to Canada in 1975 and has worked as both an accountant and computer manager. Since 1993, he has worked at Celex Laboratories Inc. and wishes to aid fellow Taiwanese businessmen after he retires. |
